A friend of mine just posted this really cool video about how GAZOO Racing - the motorsports arm of Toyota Motor Corp. headed by President Akio Toyoda - goes about honing their people and product to produce the likes of the Lexus LFA and Toyota FT-86 and an overall successful string of GAZOO Racing performances at The Ring.
