Speaking at a Mercedes-Benz event in Stuttgart recently, seven-times F1 World Champ, Michael Schumacher, once again stated his intention to remain in the sport through next season. This comes after fresh calls by the likes of three-times Champ, Niki Lauda, for Schumi to "be honest with himself" and quit the sport for a second time.
I find it hard to fathom why someone like Lauda continues to force this point through to push Schumi out of the sport. Seeing the fans and their banners and flags around F1 circuits since Schumi's comeback, it still seems that he is very much good for the sport. Affirmation, and re-affirmation by Schumi points to one thing: he's having fun and he'll continue as long as he is.
Good for him!
